Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site technical tasks, including installing, repairing computer equipment, network infrastructure, and software applications.
• Provide technical support to internal end-users through remote access tools to achieve first-call resolution.
• Respond promptly to trouble tickets by diagnosing and repairing network and computer hardware issues.
• Maintain inventory management and asset control.
• Manage Active Directory.
• Endpoint management and maintenance.
  

Education:
High school diploma or GED.

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Proficiency in computer workstation setup and imaging, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Familiarity with a range of computer hardware, software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to detect and resolve technical problems, install, maintain, update, and repair computers and peripherals, and analyze and resolve network connection issues.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized server room and prioritize and address trouble tickets promptly.

Experience:
 At least one year of experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing computers and peripherals.
